Terms of Sale
The agreement between you and us when you buy a garment from this store, written in plain language.

01
About us and these terms
This store is operated by My Store. These terms set out how we sell garments to you, and they form a contract between us as soon as we accept your order. Please read them before you buy; by placing an order you accept them.
- Contact: our contact page
Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
02
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract. We sell to consumers for personal use; we may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
03
Our garments
Our pieces are cut from natural fibres such as linen and cotton. Slight variation in weave, texture, shade and measurement is a property of these fabrics, not a fault.
- Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the garment
- Measurements and sizing guidance are approximate and given to help you choose a size
- Stock is limited; a piece shown on the site may sell out before your order is accepted
- Care instructions on the label take precedence over any general guidance on the site
04
Prices, VAT and errors
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel the order, tell you, and refund anything you have paid in full.
05
How the contract is formed
- You add items to your basket and place your order at checkout.
- We send an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we received the order; it is not yet acceptance.
- The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, or when we tell you the order is accepted. We only accept an order for the items listed in that message.
If we cannot accept your order — for example a piece is out of stock, payment is declined, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
06
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider and are never stored by us. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours, or that you have permission to use it.
07
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Unless we agree another date, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed
- Goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us, and you own them once we have received payment in full
- If delivery is delayed by something outside our control we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay
- If you give an incorrect address, or nobody is available to receive several delivery attempts, we may charge the cost of redelivery
08
Your right to cancel and return
As a consumer buying online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. On top of that we give you a 30-day returns window on unworn garments.
How to cancel, what we can accept back, who pays return postage and how quickly we refund are all set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
09
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the garments we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
- Within 30 days of delivery you may reject them and get a full refund
- Up to six months you may ask for a repair or replacement; if that is not possible or fails, you may claim a refund, which may be reduced to reflect use after the first six months
- We pay the return postage on any item that is faulty, damaged or not as described
Write to us at our contact page with your order number and a photograph of the issue.
10
When we may cancel or refuse an order
We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was obviously wrong, if payment fails, if we suspect fraud or resale, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. In every case we will tell you and refund in full. We may also suspend the store for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
11
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions may be limited to one per order, to certain pieces, or to a period of time, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any specific conditions are stated with the offer. We may withdraw an offer at any time, but not for orders already accepted. If you return an item bought in a promotion, we refund the amount you actually paid.
12
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You may not misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
13
Intellectual property
All content on this store — photography, text, designs, logos and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print it for personal use. Any commercial use, copying or republication needs our written permission.
14
Our liability to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We never exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to exclude
- We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or that is caused by you not following care instructions on the garment
- We supply garments for domestic and private use; we are not liable for lost profit, business interruption or business losses
15
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier failure, supply shortages or network outages. We will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected part of the order and receive a refund for it.
16
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first at our contact page and we will try to resolve it quickly. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or on 0808 223 1133.
17
Other important terms
- We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it
- We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business, and we will tell you if we do
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer you may also rely on the protections of the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and bring proceedings in its courts
